Sports Injuries Survey

Hi all,

Would you mind filling in a quick questionnaire on Taking the Pain out of Sport (feel the knees throbbing) relating to pain and sports injuries?

 This post is on request of my girlfriend Sarah who works for Arthritis Research uk - so all in a good cause (ours). If Arthritis Research UK get to grips with our gammy knees and whip up some snappy snake oil we can spend the £5 we've got saved in the titanium knee replacement fund on bottles of 'Old Thumper' instead. Hooray!
